Refund policy

Money-Back Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products. Within the first 14 days of your purchase, you may return your Celle item for any reason. Any return under Celle’s 14-day money-back guarantee will be refunded in full as long as the bottles are returned sealed, unused, and in their original condition.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it — unopened, sealed, and unused. Please include your order number or proof of purchase to process your return.
If your order was placed using a discounted or promotional price, the refund will be issued based on that amount. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us at admin.office@celle.ph.
Our customer care team will review your request and confirm eligibility. If approved, you may choose between a refund or product replacement. We will then provide the return instructions and shipping details.

Ensure that your returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Once your return is received and verified, the return shipping fee will be refunded.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return approval and you haven’t received confirmation, please contact us at admin.office@celle.ph.

Product Safety

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately.
If you find that the seal is broken, the product is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away with clear photos and a video of the unboxing.
For your safety, do not consume any product that is unsealed, tampered with, or damaged.
